Our closed pooling system facilitates sustainable logistics by ensuring that load carriers are owned and managed by IPP and PRS. IPP primarily serves consumer goods manufacturers across Europe, while PRS focuses on the European polymer industry. These customers use several types of load carriers on a pay-per-use basis, with different service level offerings. These carriers are constructed from FSC/PEFC certified timber, reflecting our dedication to responsible sourcing. To further extend their lifecycle, depot partners regularly maintain the load carriers, maximizing their usability and reducing environmental impact. At the end of their long service life, the carriers are recycled responsibly, contributing to a closed-loop system that promotes sustainability and resource efficiency.
Our open pool system facilitates the efficient exchange of standardized load carriers, such as Euro pallets, Gitter boxes, and E1/E2 meat boxes, without unnecessary ownership transfers. Through the operations of PAKi and vPOOL, we function as a responsible intermediary, optimizing the use of resources across the supply chain for hauliers, manufacturers, retailers, and meat industry partners. By offering flexible fee structures -per exchange, daily rental, or combined options - we support reduced waste and improved asset utilization. Notably, PAKi and vPOOL only temporarily hold products during the supply-demand matching process, further minimizing environmental impact and supporting circular economy principles.
Faber Group is committed to positioning itself as Europe’s most user-friendly pooling partner, delivering sustainable load carriers – such as pallets and boxes – across diverse industries, through flexible pay-per-use models. By enabling customers to access assets without ownership, we empower them to allocate resources toward their core operations, supporting both economic and environmental sustainability.
Central to our approach is the maximization of load carrier utilization. We extend the lifespan of our assets through timely repairs, ensuring resource efficiency and waste reduction. Our ongoing collaboration with specialist partners drives operational excellence and minimizes the environmental footprint associated with transport and depot handling. Our portfolio includes both closed pooling services via our IPP & PRS division, and open pooling solutions through PAKi and vPOOL.

Sustainability is part of our DNA
Our purpose - Carrying Impact - focuses on creating value for our planet, our customers and our own employees. Sustainability is at the core of our business; we offer re-usable, circular load carriers on a pay-per-use basis. This creates value for our planet, our customers and Faber Group: as our customer base expands, our positive environmental impact multiplies through improving the sustainability of their supply chains. We quantitatively assess this in the ‘Environment’ chapter as ‘avoided emissions/Scope 4’. Our robust ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategy is designed to optimise our sustainability performance. Through our GREEN30+ programme we optimise our procurement activities, delivering benefits for sustainability, our customers and
our organisation.
In a world and industry which are rapidly becoming more digital, we aim to serve our customers even better by providing more transparency and insights. Digital transformation is therefore a strategic priority for Faber Group. Together with our partners Bright Technology Ventures and Connected Load Carrier, we are digitising the entire load carrier process in supply chains. This transformation generates comprehensive data enabling customers and partners to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of their supply chains through initiatives such as optimising transport routes and loads. Furthermore, we deploy ‘smart’ load carriers to track the precise location of our assets. This enables end-users to monitor shipments in real time and unlocks a range of additional possibilities. This creates value for our customers to further optimise their logistics processes and achieve their sustainability goals.
We generate sustainable value both through our current business activities and potential future acquisitions. Within our current business, we create value either by expanding geographically or by increasing our network density; with acquisitions, value is realised by leveraging our established platforms or entering new businesses areas, always aligned with our purpose Carrying Impact.
Faber Group marked a milestone year in 2025, delivering solid profit and robust growth across all divisions. Revenue reached €451 million, 8% increase from €417 million in 2024. We handled 134,7 million load carrier movements – a rise of almost 3% or 3,4 million compared to 2024. In 2025, our workforce increased by 7,6% to 738 employees (measured in full time equivalent (FTE)). The increase compared to last year is explained by volume growth and further professionalisation of the organisation.
Since our founding in 1891, we have been committed to doing business in a responsible way, with careful stewardship of resources and people as a key priority. We have an ambitious Group-wide sustainability programme to continuously improve our sustainability performance.
We have a robust, agile and sustainable network across Europe, providing re-usable load carrier pooling solutions - such as pallets and boxes - to over 3.500 customers across a wide range of industries. By using re-usable load-carriers instead of single-use options, our customers reduce their footprint significantly and at the same time comply to regulation such as PPWR (Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation). Powered by 738 (FTE) dedicated professionals, we transform supply chains by delivering logistics solutions with positive impact.
Faber Group is a privately owned, international family business specialising in circular load carrier services, headquartered in the Netherlands. Our Group consists of several specialist pooling companies (IPP & PRS, PAKi and vPOOL), and a sustainable timber supplier (SATIM).
