Sustainability Progress Report | 2025
This year’s report further demonstrates how we continue to embed our sustainability ambitions across our operations, while strengthening the positive impact we create for our customers, partners and the planet.
Since launching our sustainability strategy and our Faber Development Goals, we have worked hard to turn ambition into action. The evidence is clear: we are advancing circularity in our pooling networks, improving the quality and accuracy of our environmental data, investing in our people and company culture, strengthening our governance, and driving innovation throughout our value chain.
At the heart of our strategy remains our purpose — Carrying Impact. By providing customers with re-usable load carriers and digital solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency and sustainability, we enable them to reduce their environmental footprint. As our network grows, so does the positive impact we create together, measured both in avoided emissions and longer, more efficient circular lifecycles.
Our people are crucial to make this possible. I am proud of the dedication, expertise and resilience shown across all divisions. Their efforts drive the improvements you will read about in this report—from leadership development to fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace. Sustainability is truly becoming part of how we work, decide and grow as a company.
Looking ahead, we recognise key developments such as the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) which require companies across supply chains to rethink the way they operate. At Faber Group, we embrace these changes. They reinforce what we have believed for many years: that circularity, transparency and responsible business are essential to building resilient, futureproof supply chains. With our customers, partners and colleagues, we remain committed to lead this transition.
I want to thank everyone who contributed to our progress in 2025 - our colleagues, our customers, our suppliers and all our partners. Together, we continue to grow the impact of our circular model and delivering sustainable value across Europe.
I invite you to read this report, reflect on our progress, and join us on our journey as we continue Carrying Impact.
